Erm, yeah. I picked up this Tie-Fighter Pilot at a car-boot sale a few years ago. I'll be honest, I'm not sure what set it's from and I don't really have time to research it. If I do or if someone can let me know then I'll update this post.

Star Wars X-Wing Fighters
Winging It With The Rebels
The X-Wing Fighter was one of my favourite toys as a kid. I'd run around my bedroom shouting "lock S-foils* in attack position", "I got a little cooked, but I'm all right" and "I'm going in. Cover me, Porkins." - Yep, hours of fun.
* S, as in Strike foils or stability foils. However, I think I probably said X as a kid. Afterall, it is an X-Wing.
So, what we have here is a battle-damaged X-Wing Fighter from The Empire Strikes Back in its original box (its in the box), plus another normal X-Wing from Star wars: A New Hope.

Original Landspeeder
In my opinion the Landspeeder from the original 1977 Star Wars movie was one of the coolest toys around.
It was simplistic yet it hovered! Yeah, alright, there was some small wheels underneath, but so did the one in the film - They just used special effects to blur it out. But in a young boys mind, when his Luke, Ben, C3-PO and R2-D2 figures climb on board the X-34 Landspeeder they're gonna hover that bad boy right in to Mos Eisley!

Hoth Mini Vehicles
Here's some pictures of some mini-vehicles from Episode V "Star Wars - The Empire Strikes Back" that enabled kids around the world to recreate the battle of Hoth. Some of these vehicles were not in the movie - just from the imagination of the Star Wars toymakers!
Here's a superb video from the wonderful Robot Chicken.
We'll have more about Robot Chicken Star Wars soon.
| Was it Dire Straits and Sting who sang I want my MTV-7?! |
A couple of my boxed Star Wars mini vehicles for the planet Hoth are in "Return of the Jedi" boxing. Not quite as valuable as Empire boxing, but, in the world of Star Wars collecting, anything boxed is good!
